Austin Indian Women in Business Inc. (AIWB) is a federally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Austin, Texas, with a mission to educate, empower, and elevate women of Indian origin through entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community collaboration.

We welcome aspiring and existing women entrepreneurs who are committed to growing their businesses, contributing to the community, and supporting one another with integrity, professionalism, and purpose.
Who Can Join AIWB?
AIWB supports women of Indian origin and allies on their entrepreneurial journey—whether you're just starting or scaling your business. Membership is open to individuals who align with our mission of empowering women in business, leadership, and community-building.
Identify as a woman or woman-aligned individual (Be at least 18 years old )
Be preferably of Indian or Indian heritage
Possess a valid U.S. legal status or visa that permits business activity, revenue generation, or nonprofit collaboration
Own and operate a business that is at least 51% woman-owned, controlled, and led (Be actively involved in day-to-day operations and decision-making)
